1). Returns and refunds will not be processed after 14 days of the customers receipt of the item.

2). If upon receipt of the item, the customer no longer wants the item, the customer must arrange with us for a return within 14 days. Please email us and we will then provide instructions on how to return the item. Once the item has been returned, please provid proof of return and we will then refund the shipping costs to you.

3). For "off-the-shelf" garments, a refund will be processed within 30 days, once we have received the item, and it is unworn and undamaged, with all labels in tact.

4). For "made-to-order" garments, if it is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will first offer to repair. If we are unable to repair, then a refund will be issued within 30 days.
